About

For the past 3 years, I have been working as a Product Designer at Cainthus.

Cainthus is an agricultural technology company that uses the latest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Vision technology.
I work closely with Product Managers, Industry Experts, Data Scientists and UI Developers utilising data to create valuable farm observations and actionable reports and insights for farmers.

My responsibilities include creating user journeys, prototypes and right up to finished UI designs. I research user pain points and requirements, simplify navigation systems and create engaging user experiences. This role involves producing original designs that meet specific design briefs and requires a deep understanding of user-centered design, user experience and accessibility principles.

I regularly attend user experience conferences, and design seminars and stay informed on the latest trends in UX and UI.

A regular attendee at DublinUX I once gave a talk entitled "How to work with developers without losing your mind!".

In my previous role, I worked at Adaptemy where I helped design Maths & Science learning products for major international Education Publishers such as Folens, Klett & Aula Planeta. These learning products are successfully being used by secondary school children in many countries across Europe and beyond.

I have a degree in Design (Visual Communication) from TU Dublin, with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Technology and Design also from TU Dublin

I enjoy music, photography, traveling, playing football, drinking craft beer, collecting design magazines, and going to comedy gigs.

If you have any projects you wish to discuss with me don't hesitate to get in touch.
